Delete your Kruger Companion account
You can permanently delete your account and associated cloud data from this page or from the mobile app. This page is public so you can review the process without opening the app — for example when Google Play asks for a web deletion URL.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase Auth login (email & password account)
- Your profile document
- All cloud-synced personal sightings
- Camp chat push subscriptions for your user ID
- Private device / push token document
Camp chat messages you already sent remain in chat history with the alias used at the time of sending, until an administrator removes them. Anonymised conservation reports are not tied to your account and are not deleted.
Delete on this website
Log in with the same email and password you use in the Kruger Companion app, then confirm deletion with your password. We never delete an account without this re-authentication step.
Delete in the app
Open Kruger Companion → Account Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked for your password before anything is removed.
Need help?
If you cannot log in or the in-app deletion fails, email us and we will process a manual deletion request. Include the email address registered to your account.
